While there are many similar HR platforms to Deel, this one is more sophisticated. The platform does all the hard work for the employer so that they don’t have to deal with international compliance, regulations, tax forms, invoices, and more. While the pricing plans are affordable, they are on the higher end if you’re paying per employee/contractor. This is a great option for businesses looking to hire freelancers or contractors or build a fully remote team.

Not only do they help with hiring workers in different countries, but they can also assist with relocation. The worker and employee will need to fill out forms and sign some agreements, and then Deel will send a quote for the visa. The quote includes the visa that Deel will apply for, the expected timeframe for the process, plus the next steps. They will help you with any cost information as well.
Payroll Integrations
Deel integrates with popular accounting software like QuickBooks and Xero which allows users to automatically sync invoices and payments, saving time and reducing errors. Deel also integrates with HR platforms like BambooHR. This lets users keep team member information, contracts, and compliance documents in sync. Additionally, Deel offers an API that allows users to build custom integrations.
HR Payroll Report
Deel allows you to customize payroll reports. To see the HR payroll reports on your dashboard, you just go to analytics and then reports. When you find the payroll reports in Quickview you’ll be able to run a report for specific dates and filter by country of residence or nationality. Once you choose your filters you can download the report as a CSV or PDf file. You can customize the field and choose what to include and not include in the report as well.

If you are an employee or contractor you will need to sign in you will have to create an account by entering personal information. To complete the onboarding process they will require you to verify your identity and then once it’s done you are free to withdraw money depending on your contract. On your dashboard, you will be able to see your contracts, compliance & documents, invoices, transactions, perks, insurance, and tax forms.
Customer Service
The support offered by Deel is quite limited. Their main option is 24/7 live online chat. While responsive, the chat option was not easy to find on their website. If chat isn’t enough for you, there is an option to send a message. I found the process to be annoying and long to have to send a message and wish there was an email address. The pricing was very clear on their pricing page and had in detail what each plan includes. One thing I appreciated was the detailed FAQ page and videos that can be found on the website. It covers a lot of topics so that hopefully you won’t be confused or need further support.
