One of BambooHR’s unique selling propositions is its ease of use. The setup process is as simple as they get. The company offers a 7-day free trial period. However, this trial starts as a demo to help you understand how it works. The entire system is prefilled with random data when you sign up. You can choose to keep navigating in Demo mode or clear all prefilled data to replace them with yours. However, after the 7-day trial period elapses, you might lose all the information you provided. Therefore, it’s best to back up your data somewhere else before you make the final step to sign up. Regarding the interface, I find it really intuitive and easy to use. The designs are simple and not overwhelming. So, you don’t have to worry about confusing UX.
