Plans & Pricing
The ADP pricing structure is tailored to the individual needs of the business so it’s not publicly listed. The price one brand is quoted would be different from the price of another brand with a similar situation would be quoted. On average, you’ll pay around $10/m/person but that can increase considerably depending on your contract structure and add-ons.
The entry-level plan gives you the tools you need to accurately run payroll and stay compliant with the law. It includes reporting, direct deposit, W-2 & 1099 management, filing taxes, delivering payroll, time and attendance, employee access, and onboarding.
The Enhanced plan builds on top of the Essential plan with limited insurance administration, check signing, background checks, workers compensation, and retirement planning. You also get access to ZipRecruiter to improve your pool of applicants.
The Complete plan is designed for larger brands with more complex payroll needs. It adds to the Enhanced plan with access to an HR support team, employee handbook creation tool, employee information tracking, HR document templates, and training material.
The highest tier focuses more on the HR aspect and provides tools to handle even the most complex situations. It adds the enhanced HR support team, enhanced employee handbook tools, and employee/ employer HR training.
The entry-level pricing for ADP is in line with other providers but some of the higher tiers can get pricey. It does offer a wider range of features than most. It has almost everything you need for human resource management

ADP has a large collection of integrations in multiple categories to enhance business operations but it really shines with add-ons. The add-ons provided by ADP make many of these integrations unnecessary so it’s worth taking a closer look at them for your business.
The Quickbooks integration allows you to automatically itemize and include the expenses associated with payroll into your accounts. This will save a lot of time from manual data entry and reduce the number of errors.
If you’re already using Slack, the ADP integration allows your team members to get their pay and HR information directly from the messaging app. It offers many features that reduce the workload of the HR team such as allowing people to create time-off requests, giving them access to view deductions, and much more.

Employees have access to their own portal to check on pertinent information and you’re able to get set up and running with a minimal learning curve. In addition to the core payroll services, you can administer different benefits from health insurance to retirement planning. It extends its core software with a large integration ecosystem that spans over multiple categories.
ADP’s pricing isn’t readily available and you’d have to talk to a sales rep before you get an accurate quote. With that being said, it’s not overly expensive for what it offers. Similar to other payroll services, the add-ons are where it can get expensive so decide ahead of time what’s essential and what isn’t.
