ADP is a powerful employee management solution that covers everything from payroll to time tracking and recruiting. Employees have access to their own portal to check on pertinent information and you’re able to get set up and running with a minimal learning curve. In addition to the core payroll services, you can administer different benefits from health insurance to retirement planning. It extends its core software with a large integration ecosystem that spans over multiple categories.

ADP’s pricing isn’t readily available and you’d have to talk to a sales rep before you get an accurate quote. With that being said, it’s not overly expensive for what it offers. Similar to other payroll services, the add-ons are where it can get expensive so decide ahead of time what’s essential and what isn’t. All things considered, it’s a well-developed solution for small and medium businesses that’ll give you flexibility and peace of mind when it comes to payroll.

The price one brand is quoted would be different from the price of another brand with a similar situation would be quoted. On average, you’ll pay around $10/m/person but that can increase considerably depending on your contract structure and add-ons.

Essential

The entry-level plan gives you the tools you need to accurately run payroll and stay compliant with the law. It includes reporting, direct deposit, W-2 & 1099 management, filing taxes, delivering payroll, time and attendance, employee access, and onboarding.

Enhanced

Time tracking
